Director's Biography: Born in 1980, Phillip Guzman spent most of his childhood in Europe, where he would stay until college. He attended film school at Stephen F. Austin State University where he graduated with honors in 2004. In 2006 Phillip wrote, directed and produced his first feature; the ultra low budget film The Lawless. Lawless went on to win several awards at a Hollywood film festival. This is where he and Mick Rossi, who co-wrote 2:22, first met. 2:22 is Phillip's sophomore feature.

2:22 producer Lenny Bitondo was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. His last film was the Lion's Gate release Played. Starring Mick Rossi, Vinnie Jones, Val Kilmer, Gabriel Byrne, Anthony LaPaglia, Bruno Kirby and Sile Bermingham.

The cast for 2:22 was hand picked months before shooting began allowing for a strong relationship to form both on and off the screen in this a character driven piece.
